MOSCOW, Aug 26 (PRIME) -- Russian independent gas company Novatek has consolidated 100% in Terneftegaz, a joint venture with TotalEnergies, by acquiring 49% from the French company, Novatek said in a statement on Friday.
The Termokarstovoye gas condensate field is located in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District in Russia’s north. Production at the field started in 2015.
